Shipping/Refund policy

Customer Care & Terms

At Kaisla la ranta, I do my very best to make your experience smooth and enjoyable. Still, a few practical things to keep in mind:

  • Items placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by others.

  • A purchase is confirmed only after payment has been processed and you’ve received an order confirmation via email.

  • During launches or special sales, there is a small chance that multiple customers might purchase the same piece simultaneously. I will always try to get your chosen artwork to you, but if it’s no longer available, I’ll issue a full refund. I truly appreciate your understanding.

  • I reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

 

Shipping & Returns – Original Art

     Packaging and preparing original paintings with care takes time. Please allow up to 14 days for your         artwork to be ready and shipped after your purchase.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Some large or delicate pieces may require special arrangements—this will be noted on the product page.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • Kaisla la ranta is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

     If you want to return your purchase, please contact me at kaislalaranta@gmail.com. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return costs.

  • Returns must use the original packaging and the same shipping method (with tracking).

  • Returns must be finalized within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Failure to collect your shipment in time may result in it being returned to me. In that case, the cost of resending will be charged to you.

  • Not collecting your order is not considered a valid reason for a refund.

  • If I am at fault, I will cover any additional postage costs.

  • Unfortunately, returns on gift cards are not accepted.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same method used for your original payment.

Shipping & Returns – Art Prints

All art prints are made to order by Printful in the facility closest to your location (EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia).

  • Since prints are made just for you, please allow extra time for production and delivery.

  • Every shipment has an environmental impact—I encourage thoughtful and long-term decisions.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info by email.

  • Kaisla la ranta is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

  • During busy seasons or holidays, shipping may take longer.

Faulty or Damaged Returns

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. I want to make it right.

  • If your order arrives in faulty or damaged condition, email me within 48 hours at kaislalaranta@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

  • Faulty or damaged returns must be shipped back within 5 working days of reporting the issue.
